Frisco, Texas – March 22, 2019 – Megan North, President of Conifer Health’s Value-Based Care business unit, is slated to address attendees at America’s Physician Groups (APG) Annual Conference 2019, to be held April 11-13 in San Diego, Calif. North will join a panel of healthcare experts to discuss “Operationalizing Your Data Informatics: The Single Most Important Aspect of Risk-Based Care.”

According to information in the American Hospital Association’s 2019 Environmental Scan, healthcare data has proliferated at an annual growth rate of 48 percent since 2014. The panel will examine the value of data to organizations that must drive innovation and coordination. North’s contention is that while data is abundant, it is only useful if it provides insights that support a culture of care improvement and cost savings within the organization.
