Similar to an in-person career fair, Conifer’s virtual event will offer several “booths” that allow candidates to pursue a particular position that is relevant to their background and interests. Attendees will meet one-on-one with recruiters and have the opportunity to learn more about the company and a specific role.

Conifer provides end-to-end and point solution revenue cycle services that enhance the patient experience, drive operational efficiency and improve financial outcomes for health systems and physician practices across the country. The company is actively looking to fill roles that require various skill levels, education and experience such as clinical documentation integrity registered nurse specialists, health information management, coding compliance auditors and other areas.

Additionally, Conifer will be specifically recruiting for the following priority openings:

• Patient access representatives – Responsibilities may include patient scheduling, registration, pre-admission, admission, reception and discharge functions as well as patient liability education and collection
• Patient account representatives – Responsibilities may include any or all aspects of billing, follow up and collection activity
