Frisco, Texas – March 8, 2019 – Conifer Health President and CEO Stephen M. Mooney will attend the 2019 Modern Healthcare Leadership Symposium to moderate a special focus group discussion.  Mooney will engage the group on how health leaders balance the need for growth with their core mission to provide quality care in the face of limited resources.  The invitation-only focus group follows a recently-published Modern Healthcare CEO Power Panel Survey which found that 41.7 percent of CEOs plan to update business lines to spur growth, versus only 12.5 percent seeking growth through mergers and acquisitions.

Mooney will also engage with the group on how innovation and disruption are driving health leaders to consider incremental solutions that will speed up their ability to compete.  The focus group is scheduled for Thursday, March 21 at 6:45 a.m. MST in Scottsdale, Arizona.
