Heather Smith has led the Eligibility & Enrollment Services team at Conifer Health Solutions since its formation in 2008. She manages a team of 650 patient advocates who provide services to more than 150 hospitals nationwide. With more than 30 years of proven leadership experience and revenue cycle financial results, Heather has extensive knowledge of government programs, including Medicaid eligibility, Medicare/Medicaid billing and collections, and other county, state and federal assistance program regulations.
